We are a therapist owned company, looking for the right positive team member to match our work ethic. We are currently offering part and full time Administrative Assistant position(s).

Summary:

Position: Administrative Assistant

Availability Needed: 8 hour day, 2-5 days/week.

Location: Orange County

Applicants must have great customer service skills, be professional and reliable, have knowledge of grammar and have good written and verbal communication skills. No experience necessary, we are willing to train.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

(Duties may include but are not limited to)

· Greet patients over the phone and in person.

· Scheduling appointments.

· Verifying insurance coverage and referrals.

· Collecting Co-payments.

· Data entry using "Office Ally".

· Effectively communicate information to patient, clinician, referring physicians, case managers, adjusters, and insurance companies.

· Daily basic cleaning.

· Provide administrative support to staff.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

· Computer skills required: (Microsoft Office) basics due to having to type notes.
