Entry Level Receptionist

Compensation: $17 / Hour

Employment type: Part-time 8:15AM-12:15PM, Monday-Friday

We are looking for the perfect candidate. If you enjoy helping others, exhibit an excellent work ethic and work well under pressure, all while maintaining the highest level of customer service, we would like to meet you.

Candidate must be able to work cooperatively with other employees, management, clients, tenants as well as the general public. Ability to work under pressure and handle many details of confidential nature.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or higher

Bilingual in English and Spanish

Effective time management, self-management, organization

Customer service/receptionist experience preferred. We will train the right candidate

MUST be able to multitask (If you are not good at multitasking this is not the right position for you)

Have excellent people skills

Professional attitude and appearance

Must be very organized and detail oriented

Excellent computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly

Have excellent verbal and written communication skills

Dependable and flexible

Ability to follow directions and work well with others
