Arndt Construction Project Manager:

Work on the scoping and bidding of projects. Includes take offs, subcontractor field walks, input of unit pricing, and bid spreadsheet development.

Work on the negotiation of owner contracts. Procure ACI insurance certs for the owner, and work to get bonding lined up if needed.

Develop materials takeoff’s for items purchased by ACI, get multiple quotes for items, and procure as needed for timely execution of the work.

Develop sub scope documents, bid out work if sub is not already locked in, create draft of subcontract for review electrician, etc.).

Work with owner on layout and get buyoff on final locations in a timely enough manner to keep work moving efficiently.

Prior experience using Procore a must.
