Landscaping and Maintenance Assistant

Large townhome complex seeking full-time landscaping and maintenance assistant. This is an 88-unit complex in Kapolei with a supervising Resident Manager and one additional maintenance assistant. Duties would include ground maintenance, lawncare, pruning and cleanup. Other duties would include light maintenance tasks (painting, straightforward plumbing, and construction tasks commensurate with experience). Physical requirements include heavy lifting, bending, stooping, pushing/pulling, crawling, climbing, prolonged standing and walking. Hours 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. M-F. $16.00 per hour with benefits.
