Learn more about our career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.In this role, you will:The Program Specialist is responsible for servicing and managing third party program relationships and the associated contracts. This involves interfacing with leasing and finance partners regarding all aspects of servicing, as well as managing activity and risk associated with 3rd party servicing. This includes the monitoring of payments, delinquencies, insurance, title, UCC, and contract modifications. Proactively managing risk by monitoring program activity, reporting, and ensuring compliance with Program Agreements by resolving potential issues through collaboration with internal and external partners. The specialist will participate in the development and delivery of new processes and procedures to support current business objectives. Responsible for ensuring service levels are met and risks are identified and mitigated.
Research and resolve moderately complex operational tasks, accountable for entire process from receipt of work to resolution and closure to include originating source documents, data adherence to regulations, processing payments, resolve discrepancies and process unique rejects or exceptions
Work under close supervision, follow established procedures, identify opportunities to determine appropriate course of action within defined scope of responsibility
Review and analyze inquiries and operational challenges that require research, evaluation
Consult with management for more complex issues to assist with appropriate course of required action
Analyze and present recommendations for resolving more complex situations and exercise some independent judgment while developing of understanding of policies, procedures and compliance regulations
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Commercial Banking Operations Experience
Experience with direct and/or third-party equipment lending operations or loan documentation
Working understanding in Infolease/Solifi
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers and partners
Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, detail orientation, and multi-tasking skills
Ability to collaborate and interact with others to achieve results
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Sound analytical skills
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Ability to initiate resolution of problems with limited supervision
