Description We are seeking a Purchase & Sales Specialist to be based in Phoenix, Arizona. This role is involved in the sales of products for manufactured homes, RVs, motor homes, home and office builders, and RV builders. You will be selling a variety of items including ceramic tiles, flooring, lighting, sealants, adhesives, and specialty lighting. You will be required to build relationships with customers and grow the clientele in the Phoenix and California market.Responsibilities: Engage in selling products for manufactured homes, RVs, motor homes, home and office builders, and RV builders. Develop specialist knowledge in certain product lines and effectively sell these to customers. Provide exceptional service to customers which includes showing new and evolving products. Manage and grow the existing book of business in the Phoenix and California market. Build relationships with General Managers, interior designers, and new builders. Ensure regular interaction with plants and maintain an accurate check on inventory. Utilize skills such as 3M, Accounting Software Systems, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, ERP Solutions, IBM AS/400, About Time, Accounting Functions, Accounts Payable (AP), Buying Processes, Communication, Business sales. Develop strategies for selling and growing the business. Maintain customer relationships by providing excellent customer service and attention. Oversee customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary. Requirements Proficiency in 3M and IBM AS/400 systems. Familiarity with Accounting Software Systems and ERP Solutions. Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is necessary. Possess knowledge and understanding of Accounting Functions including Accounts Payable (AP). Familiarity with Buying Processes is a must. Strong communication skills for effective Business sales. Experience with 'About Time' software is desirable. Ability to perform various purchase and sales tasks efficiently. Ability to work in a team and coordinate with various departments. Must have good problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions. Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to multitask. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changes in procedures.
