Production Associate

Job Title: Production AssociateJob DescriptionAs a Production Associate, you will produce sample pieces for our customers. These products are paint samples sold at Home Depot and Menards to showcase their floor coatings. Your responsibilities include making 2-foot boards out of wood, sanding, and cutting these pieces. You will follow a step-by-step process to create the floor coating samples, producing 50-100 pieces per day.Hard Skills

This is a chemical manufacturing environment, so there is a chemical/paint smell on the production floor. The warehouse is temperature controlled. Dress code includes long pants, a long sleeve shirt, and closed-toe and closed-heel shoes.
