Catering Sales Coordinator - Javelina
The Catering Sales Coordinator is a dynamic role focused on driving our restaurant's catering business through proactive outreach and relationship building. This position involves cold calling potential clients, leveraging existing contacts, and executing contracts to ensure a successful catering operation. The coordinator will also be responsible for marketing efforts, including creating promotional materials, and obtaining client feedback to continually improve our services.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Sales: Conduct cold calls to identify and engage potential catering clients. Leverage personal and professional contacts to build a robust client base and increase catering revenue.
Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their catering needs and preferences. Provide personalized service to foster repeat business.
Contract Execution: Prepare and execute catering contracts, ensuring all details are clearly outlined and agreed upon. Manage payment processing and follow-up on financial agreements.
Feedback Collection: Follow up with clients after events to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction. Use insights to refine services and enhance the overall catering experience.
Marketing and Promotion: Create engaging emails, flyers, and other promotional materials to market catering services. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement strategies that boost visibility and attract new clients.
Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of catering events, ensuring that all aspects align with client expectations and restaurant standards.
Qualifications:
