The Office Assistant at Stroke Awareness Oregon will provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations. Key Responsibilities:

Manage general correspondence and phone inquiries

Organize and maintain files and records

Assist with data entry and scheduling

Help coordinate meetings and events

Support volunteer management and outreach efforts

Perform other administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills

Proficiency with Google Suite

Excellent communication skills

Flexibility in schedule
