Looking for a career change? Are classic cars your passion? If you're ready to turn what you love into what you do, this is your chance to make it happen! We’re seeking seasoned automotive body technicians to join our team of expert craftsmen. This role is ideal for professionals with over 10 years of experience as a bodyman, painter, or comboman who are dedicated to their craft.
This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside a talented group of artisans as we restore factory-accurate vintage cars, muscle cars, classic restorations, and custom resto-mods. The position requires strong technical skills, a keen eye for detail, and hands-on expertise.
The perfect candidate is self-motivated, values hard work, has an exceptional eye for detail, and is highly proficient in their trade. Responsibilities include removing dents, hammering and dollying high and low spots, mud work, prepping, block sanding, and precise gap and fit tasks. While not mandatory, expertise in metal fabrication and modifications (including complete major body panel replacements) is preferred. Previous experience with classic car restorations, street rods, vintage vehicles, and special interest vehicles is a significant advantage.
You must have your own tools and quality blocks for block sanding. We are seeking dedicated, highly skilled individuals to join our exceptional team of artisans who take pride in the cars we build. This is not an entry-level position – it’s for seasoned professionals with over 10 years of industry experience. Work performed at home or with family does not qualify.
Responsibilities:
Possess your own tools and be ready to work.
Remove dents and straighten body panels.
Repair or replace rusted sheet metal: welding, cutting, soldering, grinding, brazing, and polishing.
Apply body filler and perform block sanding on metal and fiberglass.
Disassemble and reassemble vehicles.
Bring your expertise to our team! Enjoy a positive team environment with uniforms provided. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM, with no weekends or holidays.
Competitive pay for top talent! Weekly compensation based on your skills and experience!
