Car Wash Manager with great mechanical skills needed

We are looking for someone to manage our extremely busy Car Wash here in anchorage with working knowledge of machinery.

Previous Car Wash manager’s experience preferred but not mandatory.

We are not looking to train someone; we need a person with lots of prior experience with mechanical work and will give 100% on day one. We are looking for someone who has experience working at a machine shop, mechanics garage, car and body shop, or even has boiler experience. The applicant must have knowledge and know how to work on anything mechanical. Looking for someone comfortable working on heavy duty machines.

Must be able to work independently while also manage a crew of workers. The person must have a good work ethic and know the value of time and not waste it working in a fast-paced business.

Prompt, courteous, and able to communicate well with other employees and customers is a must. The manager will oversee the day to day running of the Car Wash. Duties include but not limited to, keeping the Car Wash clean, keeping products stocked and ordered, making sure the employees are doing their assigned jobs. The most important thing is making sure our customers leave with excellent experiences. Keeping this Car Wash running smoothly is a very high priority.

This position is 40 hours per week. It also includes vacations, sick days, and after a probationary period your insurance and dental will begin. Workday schedule and days off will be determined after hire.

Must have valid drivers license and be an insured driver.
