We want you to apply!Job Summary and QualificationsProvides development, subject matter expertise, and support for Accelerated Technologies (AT) Data Products applications. Ensures adequate support for AT Data Products and all integrations into potential systems, including coordination and assistance with the product implementation and issue resolution. Analyzes business problems/opportunities in the context of requirements and recommends and develops solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals. Recommends changes to core data products infrastructure, current business/clinical processes, policies, and information systems that provide recognized business value. Works with other key project team members to define requirements, design the functional solution, identify and escalate project issues, and ensure the data products solution meets requirements.Major Responsibilities:

Provides expertise and supports design and communicating requirements to product development, external solution providers, testing, and education/training.

Act as a Product Analyst within data products and project integrations, including requirements gathering, design, development, and testing.

Elicits and documents functional and non-functional technical requirements.

Participate in requirements validation and feasibility analysis with respect to data products.

Create detailed design specification that will enable and support troubleshooting activities.

Accurately estimate effort required in delivering components of data products.

Accurately report issues and status to leadership.

Possess experience with and actively promote different phases of testing (unit testing, integration testing, performance testing).

Possess excellent communication skills to interface with various stakeholders from business consumer to technical staff.

Research and become the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the interaction of the product with source systems as well as interaction with the business users.

Build and support BI tools for analysis in support of data products/solutions.

Initiate and lead troubleshooting activities.

Work on assignments involving the use of various technologies both old and new.

Work as part of a team and work independently.

Establish and meet due dates.

Provide after-hours/on-call support as needed.

Resolve simple to complex production support issues.

Identify and implement ways to improve our product development and support processes.

Take ownership of responsibilities, working individually or with teams to accomplish goals.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree preferred

1+ year(s) of experience in a product analytics role preferred or equivalent combination of education and/or experience

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Behaviors:

Experience working with SQL required

Experience with QlikSense or other Business Intelligence Tools required

Strong understanding of multiple relational database systems (Teradata, SQL server, Postgres, BigQuery etc.) preferred

Working knowledge of Google BigQuery preferred

Working knowledge of Linux operating systems preferred

Working knowledge of multiple programming languages (Python, Bash, Javascript, etc.) preferred

Strong understanding of product support principles preferred
