Row House Coach

Row House is a rowing inspired fitness boutique that strives to give people of all fitness levels an efficient, high-cardio, low impact, full-body workout in 45 minutes. It distinguishes itself from other group fitness concepts built on insecurity and competition by creating an environment that raises everyone up so they come together, rowing on the same rhythm, with the same flow and energy. Rowing has long been recognized by serious athletes as one of the most effective forms of full-body exercise and Row House's workout stays true to form. Targeting the upper body, lower body, and core all at once. Our fitness program offers an energetic, endorphin-boosting workout in a safe, inspiring, and inclusive environment.

This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to join our team and help us to continue to share the Row House brand and experience to all people, at all fitness levels.

The Row House Coach will lead 25+/- participants through a dynamic music-driven workout, aka the Row House experience.

Duties:

Deliver pre-designed workouts to groups of 25+/- clients

Boost energy and motivate clients throughout workouts

Build class attendance, retain current clients, and recruit new participants

Ensure safety of clients in regards to rowing and resistance training

Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations

Assist sales associates and General Manager with studio tour and sales as needed

Maintain strong social media presence to increase class following

Qualifications:

Love of boutique fitness is a must – Passion for rowing is a plus!

Ability to create a high energy, positive atmosphere that welcomes all people

Fantastic communication skills; exude charisma and empathy; handle client concerns as needed

Must love connecting with people and helping them achieve goals

Passion for creating fun! Make every member excited to get on the RowErg!

Nationally accredited fitness certification required (e.g. NASM/AFAA, NSF, ACE)

Ability to attend training program and audition to become Row House coach

Must be CPR/AED certified prior to coaching classes

Musicality a huge plus

Compensation:

Base Rate + Bonus + Commission
