Solar Crew Lead Needed!

We are seeking a residential solar installer (Crew Lead/Foreman) to join a rock star group of the most dedicated solar professionals in the industry. Our team at Enlightened Solar is committed to designing and installing the BEST looking solar systems on the streetno more UGLY solar in So Cal. Energy storage installation experience required.

Full time work, wage dependent on experience. Company Truck Provided.

RESPONSIBILITIES

-Be a team leader of a 2-3 man residential install crew.

-Manage the safety plan and accountability of crew members on job sites.

-Install on residential asphalt shingle, concrete tile, flat rooftops, and ground mount systems.

-Provide kind and courteous interactions with homeowners when required.

-Install mounting and racking systems on all job types, with prioritization on weatherization and mounting profiles

-Module mounting

-DC wire management

-Complete terminations at j-boxes and inverters as required and in line with experience

-Commissioning of inverters and monitoring system as required

-Other tasks and duties as needed

REQUIREMENTS

-3+ years experience installing residential solar

-Experience installing Tesla and Enphase ESS systems.

-Main Panel Upgrade Experience

-Experience with required tools needed for solar mounting and electrical work.

-High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required

-Must be able to maintain a high level of quality assurance with an emphasis on safety

-Ideally located in Orange Couunty

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

-Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly

-Must be able to climb ladders, stairs, and work SAFELY from heights on rooftops

-Must be able to work on feet for extended period of time

-Must have a valid CA driver's license and a clear driving record

-Ability to work in diverse weather conditions

-Ability to drive 1+ hours to job sites
