Busser's Needed at Fine Dining Italian Restaurant

We are seeking a dedicated Busser to join our team at Limoncello Trattoria Napoletana. As a Busser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dining establishment by assisting in various tasks to support the serving staff and maintain a clean and organized environment.

Responsibilities

- Clearing and setting tables to prepare for new guests

- Assisting servers with delivering food and beverages to tables

- Refilling water glasses and providing additional utensils as needed

- Removing used dishes and silverware from tables

- Cleaning and sanitizing dining areas, including floors, chairs, and surfaces

- Assisting in basic food preparation tasks as required

Skills

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required

- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and helpful attitude

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with the serving staff

- Willingness to assist in various tasks within the kitchen and dining areas

- Knowledge of basic food service procedures and etiquette

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
