CNC Programmer and Machinist

Job Description

We have an immediate position for a CNC Programmer/machinist for direct employment. This position will primarily involve programming, setup and operation of 3 and 5 axis mills and mill-turn CNC lathes. We do not run production, the focus is on prototyping. This position will provide a varied and unique experience machining parts and building precision assemblies of in-house designed products. Our facility is clean, organized and machines are either new or in excellent condition. You will maintain the shop and machinery in addition to your daily duties.

Responsibilities

Setup and operate manual lathes, mills and surface grinders

Program, setup and operate of 3-axis, 4-axis and 5-axis CNC machining centers

Program, setup and operate multi-axis lathes with sub spindle.

Part inspection manual and CMM

Assembly of machined parts.

Machine and shop maintenance

Part Quoting

Requirements

Proficient at with Trak SMX, Hurco WinMax and Fanuc contollers

CAM programming with HSMWorks or Fusion360

English Speaking

Own Transportation
