Professional Painter Job Description
That 1 Painter of Central PA has an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Professional Painter. The Painter will
report to the Job Supervisor / Project Manager / Estimator / General Manager.
The basics of the role:
Logging into the HCP app daily to log hours, click "on my way", "start job", and "job finished"
Report to job supervisor daily giving regular updates throughout the day
Plan out a strategy for each paint project
Pick up all supplies and materials needed for each project
Read through the contracts ahead of time on the HCP app to understand job scope fully
Execute all the prep and paint work of each job efficiently and cleanly
Communicate any add-ons or changes to the scope of work with the job supervisor
Deliver amazing customer service. Be a great house guest.
The ideal candidate will:
Minimum 2 years painting experience, 4+ years preferred
Complete understanding of residential painting processes
Paint cleanly, proficiently and professionally. Some drywall experience is also preferred
Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job
Ability to deliver excellent customer service and be a great house guest while performing all job-duties
Ability to use HCP app daily
Strong daily communication with job supervisor
Detail-oriented, dependable, and reliable
Excellent problem solving skills
Show up on time
Hourly or Subcontracted Work Available:
$14-$30 per hour, depending on experience. Must have basic tools.

Must have own work truck/van, tools, equipment, GL insurance, and valid I-tin or SS# for Sub-contracted work
Must successfully complete a background and reference check
