FOH & BOH Cafe Positions

Hey there,

We are looking for an enthusiastic all-star to join the Banter team. This is dynamic role with a high level of care and attention to detail; a fantastic opportunity for the right motivated person. We are looking for someone who has the composure to run a smooth service, handle a rush with pose, think ahead, and have the grit and hustle to take on the dish pit, run/bus, deep clean, GET SHIT DONE. No one on our team is above doing the dirty work and a huge part of our culture is a everyone on the team working towards the same goals.

Coffee and kitchen experience a plus but not required.

We need someone who can make a minimum 6-month commitment and work a range of 3-5 shifts per week. Each shift comes with a free meal and drink, and after 6-months, all employees are put into a profit share pool. This is a part time job in terms of hourly commitment, but certainly not a casual/careless commitment in regards to what we expect from our employees and what our employees can expect from the business.
