We are looking for an experienced Dental Front Office Coordinator/Office Manager to join our dental dream team. Our Cosmetic, Implant and Sedation Dental Practice is seeking an experienced Office Manager/Patient Coordinator with some dental experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Office Manager is responsible for the overall operations, growth, development and success of the Practice. This includes but is not limited to:
Filling doctor and hygienists schedule.
Excellent phone and people skills are a must.
Speaking with new and existing patients to schedule appointments for treatment
Confirming all appointments and calling missed appointments /Actively assist in growth of practice
Organize and manage all consent forms
Actively maintaining our recall program
Billing Insurance/ Over the counter collections/ Comfortable discussing finances (a must))
Creating financial arrangements for all patients and mange coordinating paperwork
Answering phones
Presenting treatment plans / Arrange pre-ops, post-ops, and medications
Operation management- In coordination with doctors and staff, orders clinical, office and stationary supplies, arranges for maintenance, repair, smooth functioning of office and medical equipment.
Finance- Budgeting
Human Resources- Plans and integrates practice in support of goals and provides effective, thoughtful leadership in the successful growth of the practice.
Implements and adheres fully to policies governing voicemail, HIPAA and network access as well as those protecting the privacy of patients.
Communication with patients, staff, doctors, and public.
Efficiency- Develop and train staff on systems to ensure efficiency.
Profitability improvements- Develops and monitors budget for controlling operational and capital expenses to ensure profitability.
Strategic planning- Collaborates with owners to ensure the effective recruitment and management of staff; monitors monthly workforce staffing plans, delegates and coordinates tasks in order to maintain a system which assures effective, quality patient service, including coverage in service gaps.
Work with HR with the hiring of new doctors and allied health professionals into the practice.
Practice management- Partners with owners to develop strategic, financial and tactical plans and objectives for the practice; meets agreed upon results, and retains the organizations required to meet outlined objectives and provides regular and ad hoc reporting related to clinical performance.
Marketing- Works with owners and Marketing team on business development for the practice, including but not limited to outreach efforts/networking with community providers, public relations, marketing strategy development, website enhancements and advertising.
You will be responsible for hiring and training office staff; addresses staff issues and assist in conducting regular performance reviews. You will also be responsible to make sure doctors and hygienist’s schedules are booked. You will make sure that the facility is clean. Also, you would supervise the selection and ordering of supplies and oversee the financial aspects of the business, such as billing, banking and accounting. The office manager also ensures that his/her staff uses the correct coding when designating the diagnosis or results of procedures used.
You will oversee the development and implementation of marketing our practice while maintaining an appropriate office environment as well as ensure/creates educational pamphlets and brochures of services are readily available for patients.
Minimum Qualifications:
Any combination of education and experience that would provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities to manage and grow a dental practice.
Experience: Three (3) years of progressively responsible and directly related experience in dentistry including business management (managing staff and office), clinical services, customer service, & sales.
