Qualifications and Skills

● Minimum 2 years of previous experience in phone sales

● Be able to handle calls with tact and empathy

● Convey confidence on the phone

● Highly organized

● Self-motivated, dedicated, hard worker willing to go the extra mile

● Strong teamwork abilities

● Must have a Desktop or Laptop computer and headset.

● Must be able to multitask and be proficient in the use of today’s technology

● Must have a quiet work area without noise or distractions

● Must have your own/personal high-speed internet

● Ability to type and talk without making mistakes

● Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
