Line Cooks:
We're looking for both full and part-time line cooks to join our BOH staff at The Still Room. We are a full-service restaurant and bar and we are looking for someone with the experience and drive to help us keep making quality food. Kitchen experience strongly preferred but we are willing to train the right person.
$17/hr (or more D.O.E) + BOH gets tipped out as a percentage of food sales, usually 2-3 dollars per hour extra.
The ideal candidates will have:
–Experience working in a high-volume kitchen
–Knowledge of proper food-handling and storage procedures
–Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and spend shifts standing and working
–Good communication and organization skills
–Ability and discipline to keep a clean kitchen and prep area
–Weekend availability

Kitchen Manager:
We are looking for a Kitchen Manager/Chef to oversee daily operations and to provide customers with a memorable dining experience. We are hiring for this position immediately.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the kitchen
Establish menu and create recipes based on customer requests
Understand and enforce company policies and procedures
Maintain equipment in good condition
Inspect work areas for proper maintenance and safety concerns
Order or collect supplies as needed (e.g. food)
Assist with cooking when necessary for special events or catering orders
Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards
Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers, customers, and clients
Maintain Serv Safe Cert
Control Food and Labor Cost
