Cafe Manager

Higher Grounds is looking for a Manager. We are a small but busy cafe that serves a variety of breakfast and lunch dishes along with barista level coffees, lattes and espressos.

Our Manager's responsibilities will include staff supervision, scheduling, ordering and quality control. Higher

Grounds is open 7 days a week but we believe our employees must balance their home life and their professional life by maintaining regular days off and limiting their hours at work.
