Bldg Superintendent at Small Apartments (Growth Opportunity)
Fast-growing company seeks a full-time building superintendent at our small 56-unit apartments in Moore. If you’re interested in growth & not just a job, this is the opportunity for you.
This is a combined role of on-site maintenance duties plus being the on-site manager. You’ll be supported by other contractors as well as supported by our back-office staff.
You are the responsible person on-site, representing the owner. The property is 90% occupied with plans to make this a nationally showcased property, with your help.
As far as maintenance, you’ll handle routine maintenance work orders, as well as perform light make-readies to prepare vacant units for leasing. Heavy maintenance will be done by others, not you.
As far as management, you’ll handle leasing, collections, and resident relations. We’ll teach you property management.
Although no property management experience is required, you should have experience with handyman tasks such as light carpentry & painting, light plumbing (ex: unclog drains) and light electrical (ex: upgrading outlets and fixtures).

Compensation: $40K-$50K full-time; dependent on background.
