Recruiting Manager

Description Robert Half Management Resources is currently looking for an experienced Sr. Recruiter to support a contract engagement with a manufacturing client in West Jefferson, OH. The Sr. Recruiter will work with the client to recruit for several different plant leadership roles to include: Plant Manager, Plant Supervisor, Plant Controller, Safety Manager, Production Supervisor, etc. The Sr. Recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting for these positions including, sourcing, applicant tracking, scheduling, conducting interviews, and onboarding.
