Bilingual Field Inspector/Negotiator (Property Claims)
NO TRAVEL
Dynamic insurance claims inspection company seeks experienced field inspector to help with claims negotiations and field inspections.
Key requirements:
-Xactimate proficient
-Strong negotiation/interpersonal skills
-Organized and motivated to move files along
-TX adjuster licensed preferred but not required
-5+ years in insurance property claims
-Bilingual (fluency in Spanish)
Compensation:
-Base salary
-Generous incentives based on increase of claim
Most claims at the Dallas location are residential roof & water claims. This is a partially remote position (only 2-3 days a week required in office). Balance of each week spent in the field meeting with insurance company adjusters to review damages (you must be able to get on low sloped roofs to examine damage).
