Licensed Life Insurance Broker: $80,000-$325,000
This is a performance based position for Life insurance agents that are already licensed. If you are super interested we can help you get your license in some cases. The compensation estimates are ranges and the averages of what current active agents are making at the company currently. Although there are some agents that are making seven figure incomes within the organization. This position is for a life licensed insurance agents that are looking for a higher compensation level and better leads. Not only that someone who wants to be on a team filled with complete positivity, encouragement, and training when you need it. We work together virtually on our computers from home on zoom calls daily and chats. This is somewhat of a requirement to attend the zoom calls daily while we are selling because it keeps the team together and from agents becoming isolated and slipping in their performance. This is a contract position therefore you will have to pay self employment tax or organize your taxes in such a way that you can get reductions with S Corps or LLCs and things of that nature.
What sets this position apart from the other life insurance opportunities is our lead sources. One of our lead sources come from individuals that have already started to fill out a life insurance application online, yet they get to the very end of the application or halfway through the application and they abandon the application. We have captured this prospects information and we then give them a call the next day. We asked them why they did not finish their application online and if there was any questions that they had so on and so forth. These are great leads because they are already shopping for life insurance on their own nobody had to convince them or sold them to do so, thus we are simply following up with them answering questions they had getting them better coverage and making sure that they fully understand the coverage that they end up getting with us.
That is one of the main lead sources that we use here at my brokerage although we do have other lead sources that we use and they are always premier and exclusive. We do a mix of all the types of life insurance here such as final expense, index universal life, term, and annuities. The other lead sources are highly vetted and directly targeted towards the exact demographic of the perspective client that you're looking for.
You can even get away with working part time and making full time money the $80,000 minimum amount that our agents make is really if you are working part time. If you are working full time and putting in a lot of work every day you are going to make hundreds of thousands of dollars in this business.

It is realistic to take home $300k a year with us working 30-50 hours give or take with us from home after your
taxes and expenses, just have to put in the work and stay with the pack. This is because of leads and our unique position
as a brokerage. We have a lot of carriers that 95% of the other agents do not. Most of the it we are either saving a client
some money on a term or final expense more making them more on a IUL because we have all the carriers and all the
underwriting knowledge. Getting them a better rating, actually looking at historical performance, ect. Most firms go off
what is in it or them. That is not us that is why he have a 95% persistency rate and have friendly professional
relationships with our clients, because they know they are getting the best dollar for
dollar value with our brokerage. They will shop around and always come back after finding out what we are telling
them we can save then is not too good to be true. We are actually one of the few firms that puts the client first not our
commission. It is funny to because there are many firms that claim that is what they do and it is their moto actually, yet
unfortunately it is entirely false. We write the perfect policy for the client for their particular situation and circumstance
