All I need is your past work history, current job, area you reside in, pretty much a little backstory on you; strengths / weaknesses. I don't need race, gender, hair color, sex, married, single, straight, gay, religion or any of that. None of that matters to me.

Age is a factor due to my insurance, as well as driving record and if you're currently on "paper". If you don't know what that means, you're not.

It can be a fun place to work, no two days are ever the same and I pay well. Pay depends on talent. If talent has to be taught, you'll get your raise in 30-90 days depending on how fast you catch on.
