Ready to love your job? Come join our team! We are looking to add a full-time BILINGUAL(english/spanish) permanent team member to our industrial retail store(kinda like a hardware store). Our customers are incredibly important to us, so interested applicants must LOVE helping customers and dealing with the public. If you are not a people person, this job is not for you.

Main duty of this position is helping customers that walk into our store with product recommendations, making calls to clients to take their orders, replying to customers via email, packing orders off our website, sending marketing emails, and general client contact via text, phone and email. The majority of our customers are contractors so they know exactly what they want and are incredibly friendly to our staff.

Additional duties are: keeping the store looking clean, organized and stocked by unloading and stocking product on store shelves, labeling product, rotating stock, occasionally operating company vehicle to do deliveries to customers and providing upbeat customer service.

THIS IS NOT A DESK JOB. We hustle & stay busy all day long and sometimes go long stretches without sitting down. Must be ok with a physical job where you are handling product and helping customers out to their vehicles, loading/unloading trucks and occasionally running a forklift. We get sweaty, and sometimes have to be outside for a few hours bringing product in. You must be ok with the physical aspect of this job. You will be required to take and pass a company physical to ensure you can safely perform needed duties. Must be a team player. We don't handle drama or those who can't take constructive criticism. We are a team and support each other.

This is a long-term, permanent position, and we are looking for someone who wants to join our team permanently and grow with us.

MUST HAVE COMPUTER SKILLS: Must be able to proficiently operate within email, have basic understanding of Microsoft word, experience working with a point of sale system, and some Microsoft excel would be helpful.

Store Hours are 730-430 M-Friday and Saturday 9-1pm. You must be available for 40 hours a week sometime between M-F 7:15-430 and rotating on Saturdays 9-1. Saturdays are MANDATORY and will be a part of your normal schedule. We rotate Saturdays so you won't be working 6 days a week every week. Saturdays are overtime.

We will provide all the training but you must have a desire to learn our industry & stay long term. This isn't a summer job or a short-term job. Again, MUST BE SUPER FRIENDLY & LOVE HELPING CUSTOMERS!

Our store is located in Mid-town Tucson and is very well established. We have a great team made of upbeat people who love their job, our customers, and love to laugh while at work. The ideal candidate will be super friendly, bilingual in english and spanish, an upbeat individual with a helpful attitude that thrives in a team environment. We like to have fun at work, listen to music, and get the job done. No experience is needed, but experience with flooring products, janitorial service and/or cleaning products is helpful. Ability to speak Spanish is REQUIRED.

This is a physical job where we lift and move products all day long. Must be able to lift and move 50+lbs on a regular basis.

REQUIREMENTS:

Clean, groomed appearance and friendly attitude are a MUST! Tattoos & piercings are ok!

Clean criminal background check

Clean driving record

Must be at least 21 to drive company vehicles(per insurance company)

Ability to pass a pre-hire physical and drug test(WE DO NOT screen for THC)

DUTIES INCLUDE:

Learning about our many products and providing customers with assistance regarding product use, receiving deliveries, stocking product and driving company vehicles to deliver orders.
