Receptionist
Boutique law firm seeking Full-Time, In Person, Front Office Assistant to support our Orange County office. Candidate must have excellent communication skills, letter writing skills, and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer and route incoming phone calls
- Performs overflow work for administrative and billing staff including typing, e-mailing, etc.
- Assist with sorting incoming mail
- Data entry tasks to include Abacus Calendaring System
- Perform a variety of miscellaneous general office administrative tasks, as needed
- Hours required for this position 8am-5pm Monday through Friday
Qualifications:
- Ability to handle high volume of calls
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent organization and follow up skills
- Fast working of Adobe, Excel and Word Programs
- Reliable, honest and responsible with great work ethic
- Meticulous organizational skills to ensure calendar items are processed efficiently
- Must possess a pleasant phone demeanor and EXCELLENT customer service orientation
- Ability to multitask priorities and able to work well with team members
- Friendly, reliable, punctual, and maintain good attendance
Start Date- as soon as possible
Pay - $20/hr (compensation: depending on experience), eligible for Health Benefits after 3 months.
