Senior Paralegal
Full-time position available for a senior paralegal.

Expected responsibilities include:
» Draft and prepare pleadings, motions and other litigation documents for filing and service on parties.
» Organize and summarize document productions.
» Provide trial support, including tech needs, in and out of the courtroom.
» Manage discovery and work on all aspects of matters from pretrial to trial.
» Manage trial deadlines and assist with pre-trial filings and preparations for trial.
» Review and proofread documents and correspondence to ensure accuracy.
» Conducting legal research and writing.
» Manage schedules and all calendars.
» Stay up-to-date on all litigation files and their deadlines.
» Stay up-to-date on local rules of court and specific courthouse/department filing procedures.
» Coordinate, track and update process server for service of documents on parties.
» Coordinate the collection of, and return of, original records from client, expert, subpoenaed witnesses, courthouse, and other off-site locations as needed.
» Draft and maintain all shell templates, including all changes to the POS for all matters.
» Provide administrative support including copying, scanning, on-site scanning, and faxing as needed.
» Set up, organize and maintain paper (i.e. hard files) and electronic filing systems (i.e. Clio).
» Create and maintain litigation binders (in-house and with attorney).
» Secure affidavits/verifications.
» Plan, schedule, and coordinate logistics for appointments, meetings, depositions, site inspections, conferences, and travel arrangements.
» Provide setup and support for all virtual meetings and Zoom communications.
Qualifications:
» Must have paralegal certification.
» 2 years experience with civil litigation, trial work, including in-court support.
» Strong communication, collaboration, time management and organizational skills.
» Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe and drafting legal documents.
» Deadline and detail oriented.
» Ability to prioritize and multitask.
» Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
» Familiar with legal procedures and terminology.
