We are seeking skilled and reliable subcontractors to join our team for multiple residential construction projects. If you have experience in any phase of residential construction and can start immediately, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Perform tasks related to your specific trade (e.g., framing, electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, roofing, concret, siding, painting, HVAC etc.)

Maintain high standards of workmanship and adhere to project specifications

Collaborate with other trades to ensure timely completion of projects

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes

Requirements:

Proven experience in residential construction

Valid license and relevant certifications for your trade

Reliable transportation and ability to travel to various project sites

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
