Position: Customer Service/Sales Representative
Full & Part Time positions available
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service/Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales by effectively addressing customer inquiries, providing product information, and promoting our offerings. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Saturdays are a Must 10am-4pm
Responsibilities:
1. Provide Exceptional Customer Service:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Listen actively to customer needs, assess requirements, and offer suitable product recommendations or solutions.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, striving for effective resolution and customer satisfaction.
2. Sales and Product Promotion:
- Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value proposition of our products or services to customers.
- Proactively engage customers to identify their needs and promote relevant products or services.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively upselling, cross-selling, and closing sales opportunities.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge to confidently address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
3. Order Processing and Documentation:
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all required details are captured and entered into the system.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, including contact information, preferences, and interactions.
4. Relationship Building:
- Build and nurture strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, address any post-purchase concerns, and seek opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Proactively engage with customers through various channels (phone, email, chat) to stay connected and provide ongoing support.
5. Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, product development, and operations, to relay customer feedback, identify opportunities for improvement, and contribute to overall customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service and sales roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
- Active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and basic computer applications.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
