Manage a pipeline of clients who are hot leads and interested in booking an appointment at one of our 12 sales center locations- all organized in our CRM
Educate, strategize, and successfully sell the dream over the phone (Manufactured Homes, Tiny Homes, Modular Homes) through a high volume of outbound sales calls - this role is 100% phone based.
Become an expert in Titan's advertising solutions, and adapt home solution recommendations quickly to suit our customer's needs - asking probing questions and overcoming customer objections and rejection will be critical to your success.
Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales goals- strong work ethic and tenacity are key! This will be getting our customers over the phone to book an appointment with our sales centers.
Must be organized, self-motivated and manage your time effectively in order to complete your daily goals- you know that sales is a numbers game and you're here to win.

The Requirements
Must be a highly motivated individual
Meeting or exceeding sales goals
1 full year of telemarketing or call center experience or sales experience
Creativity to drive in new customers
Ability to make 60+ calls per day
Willingness to learn and adapt to always changing scripts and procedures
Punctual
Availability to be open Monday-Sunday flexibility 8am-5pm
Must work in office (San Antonio)
