Cutter/Grinder Machine Operator - Job Description:

-Assist with production in the Cutter/Grind department by safely operating automated production machinery to cut, grind, and form parts for chainsaw chains.

-Make adjustments to machines as needed. Identify and clear machine faults. Empty parts baskets containing finished parts. -Load finished parts into baskets and operate equipment to wash them in an acid solution for finishing.

-Must follow safety protocol for running equipment and working around chemicals. Currently hiring for day, swing, and grave shifts

Schedule(s):

Day: 7:30am-4:00pm - $18/HR

Swing: 4:00pm-12:00am - $20.11/HR

Grave: 12:00am-7:30am $22.28/HR

Machine Operator - Assembly

- Operate automated machinery that assembles chainsaw chains.

- Setup machine, load materials, and monitor machine operations.

- Troubleshoot machine issues. Remove jams from machine.

- Ensure machine runs smoothly and properly.

- Manually assemble chain sections as needed.

Graveyard shift only: 12:00am-7:30am $22.28/HR

Parts Processing, Material Handler (Warehouse)

- Offload finished parts from machine place in bins and carts and wheel bins and carts to designated areas

- Assist with production in the Cutter/Grind department by safely operating automated production machinery to cut, grind and form parts for chainsaw chains.

- Make adjustments to machines as needed. Identify and clear machine faults.

- Empty parts baskets containing finished parts.

- Load finished parts in to baskets and operate equipment to wash them in a acid solution for finishing.

- Must follow safety protocol for running equipment and working around chemicals.

Graveyard shift only: 12:00am-7:30am $22.28/HR

Chrome Department

- Assist with chrome plating of parts.

- Operate equipment to dip parts in chrome solution to give parts chrome finish.

- Must be comfortable working around chemicals.

- Assist with chrome plating operations.

- Place parts on racks to be dipped in to chemical solutions.

- Operate robots to dip racks of parts and add chrome plating finishes to parts.

- Take parts off of racks and transport to next department on production line.

- Use of bead blasting machines to prep parts for prior to chrome plating.

- Inspect parts for quality. Use of computer to track work completed.

- Will work around chemicals.

Day Shift only: 7:30am-4:00pm - $18/HR
