General Denist - Chicago IL

We have partnered with a facility in Chicago, IL for 4 General Dentist openings. It is a 6-month contract with an option to extend. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Routine/Preventative Care – i.e., annual cleanings and X-rays,

Urgent Care – painful conditions of the tooth, mouth, or gums,

Examinations/ Diagnostic Services - visual examination of the mouth, teeth, gums, and soft and hard tissue with radiographic,

Restorative Services – to include permanent fillings and temporary fillings

Develop and adhere to individualized treatment plan for each patient with a dental condition

Patient Load - 12-15 Daily

Agers: 18 & up

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

IL License

DEA

BLS

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Schedule & Weekly Hours: Mon-Fri – 8- 4

3 month credentialing

Paid weekly for every hour you work, whether you see patients or not.

We cover/provide Malpractice insurance for you!
