Job Title: Construction ManagerJob DescriptionOur client is hiring a construction manager to join their CM team and work full time for a 2-3 month assignment. You will start by overseeing approximately 2 months of work on a renewable project in Elam, VA. Candidates can come from being in a construction management or superintendent type position and must have experience overseeing either civil or electrical construction projects. Experience supporting solar projects is a must. You will oversee the work performed by a civil subcontractor, be available to answer their questions, and take daily/weekly progress reports utilizing Procore software. Additional duties may be assigned by your supervisor.Hard Skills

Experience managing subcontractors

Tracking materials

Creating progress reports

Communicating with clients

Using Procore software

Experience in civil or electrical construction projects

Experience supporting solar projects

Soft Skills

Strong communication skills

Ability to manage a team of 5-10 people
