Sales Assistant - Industrial Supplies

Small, family owned business looking for an entry level sales assistant position. Full time or part time, 8 am-2 pm. Job role includes:

-answering phones

-support outside sales staff with estimates, sales order and purchase orders

-data entry of estimates, sales order and purchase orders in QuickBooks

-light office cleaning (vacuuming offices, shredding, kitchen cleanup)

-coordinate pickup and deliver of orders via company driver, LTL, customer pickups and UPS shipments/ deliveries

We will train on QuickBooks, product knowledge. Ideal candidate would be quick learner, thrives in a fast- past environment, can take criticism well.
