Residential Construction Lead Carpenter

Requirements:

- Minimum of 5+ years of carpentry experience.

- Strong leadership skills and ability to oversee job sites.

- Expertise in residential construction, including framing, sheathing, wall/floor/roof assemblies, drywall installation, and finish carpentry.

- In-depth knowledge of tools, equipment, building codes, and structural concepts.
