Project Administrator
Overview:
This role is a team member assisting with general administrative duties with a focus on project management assistance.
Position Responsibilities
Attends project meetings
Maintains documentation relating to projects
Prepares and monitors status of technical submittals and product data
Prepares and monitors status of Request for Information
Works directly with team members to ensure efficient cost-effective deliver of projects
Coordinates material procurement with vendors
Assists with the monitoring of project financials
Assist with coordinating travel arrangements for out-of-town projects.
Other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong mathematical skills and typing skills
Superb time management and detail orientation
Proficiency with Microsoft suite of applications, Outlook, Work, Excel, Teams
Ability to maintain company and customer confidentiality
Ability to communicate clearly
