Commercial Property Maintenance Tech

An ideal candidate will have experience in Property Building Maintenance or the equivalent. Must be proactive and able to work independently with others in performing a highly diversified number of duties related to property maintenance (painting, drywall repairs, changing ceiling tiles and lightbulbs, basic plumbing and electrical.

8 hours per day, Monday through Friday
