Role Overview:

As an Outside Sales/ Auditor, you will drive sales growth and ensure adhere to Best Cleaning Team's high standards and operating procedures.

Your role will involve the following:

Visiting potential and current clients

Conducting audits

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting sales presentations and effectively communicating the benefits of Best Cleaning Team to prospective clients.

Identifying and qualifying potential clients through market research, referrals, and cold calling.

Conducting on-sites audits of existing clients to ensure compliance with Best Clenaing Team's brand standards, operational guidelines, and quality assurance protocols.

Providing comprehensive feedback and recommendations to improve performance and drive business growth.

Building and maintaining solid relationship with clients, addressing their concerns, and offering ongoing support and guidance.

Collaborating with our company to develop strategies and implement sales initiatives to achieve sales targets.

Qualification and skills

Previous experience in outside sales, preferably in B2B sales role.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with potential clients and build lasting relationship.

Excellent organizational with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Detail oriented mindset with a keen eye for identifying areas of improvement during audits.

Self-motivated and results driven attitude, passionate about achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

knowledge of the cleaning industry models would be an advantage.

Strong bilingual skills in English and Spanish for effective cross-cultural communication
