Branch Manager

Big Green Cleaning Company is the Tri-County leader in cleaning services for commercial businesses. Our locally owned company continues to grow, and we are re-aligning our territories and adding Branch Manager positions to our Oxnard and Thousand Oaks area teams. We are seeking the right persons to lead Divisions of 50 employees each to provide the best cleaning services for commercial businesses.

We will train customer-oriented leaders how to run one of our Divisions. The hours are flexible, but due to the nature of our business working into the evening is required.

What we are looking for in a candidate:

Experience in leading others.

Experience in customer service.

The aptitude to perform management functions including budgeting and payroll calculations.

Bi-lingual abilities are an asset.

A happy disposition.

What we offer:

The training required to perform the duties specific to our operations.

Minimum of $78,000 per year to start with $100,000 per year guaranteed in less than two years.
