We are a locally owned and operated exterior cleaning company and looking to hire an Pressure Cleaning Truck Operator for our pressure cleaning crew.
ABOUT US
We provides a wide range of maintenance services for single family, commercial and HOA industries throughout Florida, with concentration in Collier/Lee Counties. All company vehicles are 2017 Isuzu Flatbeds or newer, each truck is equipped with company cell phone and benefits including paid holidays, paid vacation, potential bonuses.
Your job will include driving and maintaining your truck AND perform a variety of cleaning services in a safe, thorough, efficient manner and maintain quality by preforming quality control inspections frequently. This will include driving the trucks, working outdoors the majority of the time, being comfortable working on/cleaning all surfaces outside and rooftops. You must be responsible for assisting in setting up job sites; planning the efficient operation of jobs; assessing, monitoring, and communicating safety conditions and requirements; professionally communicating with customers, fellow employees, and the office; completing thorough daily job notes. Must be able to work as part of a team or individually.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to read and write English fluently
Excellent communication and problem solving skills
Strong time management skills with attention to detail
Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate as appropriate
Clean driving record/ability to drive Isuzu Flatbeds
Clean background (your arrest record will be checked nationally)
Capable of moving and climbing ladders in a safe manner
Capable to working with different personalities and building a team relationship
