Bilingual Customer Service Representative
As a Customer Service Call Center Representative, you may work mostly on the phone. You will interact with our customers and become their key contact with the Company. Using your ability to make real connections with others and applying your problem solving skills, you'll help our customers with questions about our products, schedule installations and work hand in hand with our sales force and distributors.
Start Dates: As soon as possible.
We offer paid training!
Work Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8am-5pm
Education, Experience and Skills Needed:
[Minimum two years customer service experience, in person or over the phone]
Effective communication skills, both verbal and listening
Demonstrated success in a team environment
Proven time management strategies
Computer skills including: navigation through internet and intranet, typing or keyboard, understanding of basic software applications (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, Email)
High school diploma or GED
Bilingual (Spanish is a MUST!)
