Salary: $16+ per hour, based on experience

As a Customer Service Retention Specialist, you will ensure customer satisfaction and retention by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls
- Identify and address reasons for potential cancellations.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Stay updated on our health insurance products and policies.
- Accurately document all interactions in our CRM system.
- Gather and report customer feedback.
