-must have minimum of 3 years welding

- experience in fabricating and erecting steel

-now how to cut with plasma cutter/ oxy/ace

-good with numbers

-able to operate a forklift

-have valid drivers license

-able to work well with others

-capable of lifting 100lbs at various times
