Master Tile Installer

Growing tile company currently seeking master tile setter.

We are looking for someone with 10+ years experience in the tile and bathroom remodeling industry.

Our company does some of the best tile work in the valley and we are seeking a new team lead who:

- Is familiar with and practices proper tile installation in accordance with TCNA standards and requirements

- Has experience leading teams and running job sites

- Understands all aspect of a tile project and possesses forward thinking abilities to ensure daily steps are completed in order to keep projects flowing smoothly

- Has the ability and skills to ensure other installers are performing work appropriately

- Has complete understanding of all aspects of bathroom remodeling

- Is willing to follow direction and suggestions

- Has transportation and tools

- Is reliable

- Is presentable, speaks well, and has great customer communication.

This positions weekly hour requirements may vary, with more available and optional work as we grow the company.

Full time and part time work available.

Please note - We are a company who focuses on quality and a perfect final product. We are NOT seeking an installer who will rush through projects or take shortcuts.

We do things a certain way and expect perfection and care in all that we do.
