Now Hiring: Assembler
Are you ready to join a hardworking team in a fast-paced environment? We're hiring an Assemblers to assist in the manifold assembly process. You'll be responsible for assembling parts, using gauges and other equipment, and ensuring everything meets top-notch quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Work alongside team members on tasks like prepping, deburring, power washing, valve assembly, testing, and packaging.
Follow blueprints, instruction sheets, and production documents to assemble parts from start to finish.
Set up and use gauges, scanners, and other tools.
Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all safety standards (PPE required: safety glasses, ear plugs, gloves, steel-toe shoes).
Complete daily/weekly log sheets and ensure accurate assembly according to quality guidelines.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Prior assembly or manufacturing experience.
Skills: Comfortable using manual and power tools, reading blueprints, and working with machines.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand throughout the shift, lift 15-50 lbs., and work with repetitive hand/arm motion.
Team Player: You thrive in a team-oriented environment and are dedicated to meeting productivity and quality goals.
