Customer Service Representative - Great Base Pay PLUS Commission
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients seeking auto insurance quotes and assistance. Your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding customer service by understanding their requirements, offering suitable insurance options, and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
Responsibilities:
-Assist customers in obtaining accurate auto insurance quotes based on their individual needs and preferences.
-Educate clients on various insurance products, coverage options, and policy features.
-Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and online chat in a professional and courteous manner.
-Effectively communicate insurance terms and processes in simple terms to clients.
-Process policy applications, renewals, and policy changes accurately and efficiently.
-Collaborate with our sales and underwriting teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Requirements:
-Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry.
-Strong communication skills with the ability to actively listen and empathize with customers.
-Proficiency in using computer systems and navigating multiple software applications.
-Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
-A genuine passion for helping others and a positive attitude towards problem-solving.
-Bilingual in both English and Spanish preferred
