Our client, a rapidly growing company, seeks an experienced Recruiter to oversee the entire recruiting process. This is an exciting chance to lead the recruiting function and collaborate closely with company leaders.Key Responsibilities:Create and update job descriptions; post openings on various platformsResearch and suggest new recruiting strategiesSource candidates for diverse roles proactivelyManage relationships with external recruiters and internal hiring managersSchedule interviews and enhance screening processesConduct phone and in-person interviewsCoordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires, and check in during their initial monthsAttend recruitment events and career fairsRequirements:5+ years of corporate recruiting experience (Sales and Tech preferred)Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferredDetail-oriented and proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM toolsAbility to handle a high volume of job requisitionsBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
